Since 2013, VentureWeb has worked with their team to communicate their unique and evolving offerings across their digital presence. From the newly built boutique hotel to the exceptional powder terrain, the stories of adventures in the mountains and time spent with Stellar Heli Skiing’s inspirational, down-to-earth owner provide great content for online engagement.

This is palpable on their Instagram channel where we helped create a 100k+ digital community, complete with legitimate posts from their owner.

The team at Stellar Heli Skiing is fortunate to have incredible footage and assets that showcase the incredible 125,000 acres of tenured terrain. We curated this content and distributed it across the website and social media, ensuring that it was in front of an audience that would feel the call to visit.
First-time visitors become lifetime friends
Our goal over the years has been focused on introducing more first-time guests to the brand, knowing that once they’d experienced the wonderful people and spectacular surroundings, they would return year after year.
The initial results of our targeted Facebook campaigns to intrigue mountain enthusiasts with a traffic increase of 4,813%. This contributed to an overall site traffic increase of 70% year over year; a testament to the intersection of powerful marketing efforts, a consistent brand experience, and synergy across all touchpoints. As a result, a 60% increase in reservation leads demonstrated a spike in first-time visitors ready to add exceptional powder days at SHS to their memory bank. We then worked on an email and social media strategy that further builds guest retention by generating excitement at the start of each season and keeping them looped in.
