Whistler Alpine Guides Bureau

Being keen skiers, snowboarders, & climbers ourselves, we were eager to jump in with two feet for the strategy, design and development of locally based Whistler Alpine Guides Bureau's (WAGB) new website, WhistlerGuides.com.

Starting with the strategy, we established WAGB would be best served with a custom-themed Drupal Content Management System, allowing them to manage their own website content as needed. WAGB website administrative staff can add or delete winter & summer tours or courses, update prices, dates, images, news updates, and more. This will keep their site current, fresh and seasonally up to date.

Next came the design of the site, where inspiring imagery came front and center to best share a part of the WAGB experience with site visitors. It's hard to summarize the exhilaration from your first backcountry ski tour with WAGB, or the adrenaline rush of a rap-jumping tour off Whistler peak, but their image-rich site will atleast give you a mouth watering tease.

Overall the result is a clean, inspiring website that's easily maintained by the client, showcasing all the incredible tours WAGB has to offer. Visit them this summer or winter on your next trip to Whistler or Squamish!
