Backcountry Snowcats

The Backcountry Snowcats exposes the myth that a templated, Content Management System driven website cannot be beautiful. This site is an excellent example of combining a great design (from WeTheCollective) and a great C.M.S. platform (Drupal). Reg and Kathy can now fully manage their sites content from their remote location in the Hurley Pass, north of Pemberton B.C.

As part of our ongoing relationship with Reg and Kathy this already feature rich site, which includes a customized Weather module and jQuery slideshow, will be constantly evolving, with plans to add an e-postcard functionality and interactive flash map of their CatSkiing tenure and terrain therein.

VentureWeb has been lucky enough to sample the Backcountry goods offered by snowcats.ca and can vouch for the fantastic terrain and setting that is experienced on one of their trips. A must for the skiing and/or snowboarding enthusiasts.
